Why Support Rigpa Lerab Ling Lerab Ling is the spiritual home and heart centre of the worldwide Rigpa community. All the most important teachings given by Sogyal Rinpoche and other great contemporary Buddhist masters, take place here. Rigpa’s worldwide educational programmes and study and practice materials are all planned and developed from Lerab Ling. In order to accomplish the vision of our work we need the support of more donors, so that we can plan our programmes and activities in the most effective and beneficial way possible.

dro Tsering Chödron, perhaps the greatest Tibetan Buddhist woman master of our time, passed away peacefully at Lerab Ling on 30 May 2011. If you would like to contribute towards the prayers, practices and ceremonies that are now being sponsored, as well as to the buidling of a commemorative stupa in Lerab Ling, please make a donation to the Khandro Memorial Fund.
To create the most favourable circumstances for Sogyal Rinpoche’s health, long life, vision and work, we sponsor many practices at monasteries in India, Nepal and Tibet, as well as here at Lerab Ling. We also free the lives of animals, an ancient Tibetan Buddhist practice that is said to prolong lives.
