Retreat fees and special offers

The daily retreat fee varies according to the event and can be changed according to the personal financial situation of the student.

Early bird discount
There is a 5% discount on retreat fees if you book before 15 May (this can be combined with the concession fee, and theThree Year Retreatants and Two Months Retreatants Special deal).

Three Year Retreatants & Two Months Retreatants Special Deal
Three Year and Two Months Retreatants who come from 24 July until 14 September benefit of a 10% discount on the retreat fees and benefit of a priority for onsite accommodation.
This works out to a standard price of € 1,500 (€ 1,200 concession/ € 1,800 sponsor)

Lerab Ling Yearly Pass

Accomodation and meals

Refund Policy

Please note that we have to deduct administrative expenses if you cancel your reservation. Cancellation rules vary according to the length of the retreat or programme.

----1. Early cancellation, all events before the event: if the registration office receives your cancellation notice — by fax or registered letter (Return Receipt Requested) — at least one day before the beginning of the event, we will refund 80% of the total cost of the event.

----2. Cancellation after the start of events lasting up to 30 days: unfortunately, we cannot give you any refund if you cancel on,
or after, the first day of the event.

----3. Cancellation after the start of events lasting more than 30 days: if we receive your cancellation notice on, or after, the first day of the event we will refund 80% of the total cost, less the cost of two weeks.
