Being Part of the Lerab Ling Practising Sangha

A great opportunity to join the Lerab Ling practising sangha from now until end of February for as long or as short as you want..

This past year our Rigpa sangha has gone through a very challenging time, which had a big impact on all of us and in many different ways. In Lerab Ling we have recently started to intensify our practices in order to restore our spiritual path and to strengthen the connection with each other and all our teachers.

The practising sangha of Lerab Ling offers practitioners of the Ngöndro and Dzogchen Mandalas to come and reinforce our team in this special time of healing.

Many lamas have given advice on which practices are especially helpful during this period and the Lerab Ling community has a rich programme of daily group practices that you can join. We do Riwo Sanghö, Chimé Pakmé Nyingtik, Zabtik Drolchok, Tendrel Nyesel, Narak Kong Shak, additional practices and Daily Dharmapalas daily and, once a week we do Yang Nying Pudri and Dukngal Rangdrol.

During this period, you will be part of the Lerab Ling community and you are welcome to do your own practice in between sessions. If you are interested, you can learn or improve your skills in the area of chöpöning, umdze, playing drums and other instruments. We ask you to support the practice team in their daily tasks with preparing offerings, making tormas, opening and/or closing shrines etc. for a minimum of one hour a day.

PLEASE NOTE - If you are able to come for two weeks or more La Source offers 50% off your accommodation price. Use the voucher code PSL201819 when registering online
