PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF BURNOUT THROUGH MINDFULNESS

We will dedicate this event to understanding and recognising the warning signs of burnout, anticipating them and taking action to restore balance through mindfulness.
In more detail, the day will focus on:
- distinguishing the different types of stress ;
- identifying psychosocial risk factors;
- identifying the warning signs and symptoms of burnout;
- becoming aware of the mental mechanisms that lead to burnout;
- acquiring the basics of mindfulness meditation;
- learning the basics of mindfulness meditation; learning the contraindications and pitfalls of meditative techniques; and finally
- integrating mindfulness meditation into daily life as recommended by the High Authority of Health.
